Step into the luminous energy of the Full Moon with a ritual practice designed for purification, release, and emotional restoration.
Led by Suzanne Steiner, this 2 hour offering begins with an exploration through the Heart of Yin Yoga, featuring steady, earth-based postures (3–5 minutes each) that invite embodiment, sensation, and awareness of the feeling-body.
Using the support of Mother Earth and gravity, these postures create space, encourage surrender, and form pathways for revelation, release of tension and old neural-patterns. This practice cultivates presence in the body and mind, preparing participants for the Yoga of Sound.
Shabda, a Sanskrit term, carries the essence of sound like flowing water, moving through the body to cleanse, restore, and awaken embodied presence. These vibrations serve as a guide to feel deeply, release what no longer serves, and settle into clarity and calm.
Suzanne Steiner is honored to share wisdom that flows from yogic philosophy and tradition, informed by a yoga therapy lens and years of embodied practice. Her teaching is shaped by specialized training in Yin Yoga and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), layered with lived experience, deep listening, and care within the body.
Her classes invite somatic and sensory awareness, support nervous system regulation, and honor the body’s innate rhythms. Guided by trauma-sensitive principles, Suzanne creates choice-based spaces that prioritize safety, autonomy, and a gentle return to self-love.
