Investment: $65 per child–adult pair, including all materials, with a $10 add-on for each additional child attending with the same caregiver.
Led by Cyndie Morgan, this workshop is a playful, hands-on workshop designed to support emotional wellness, confidence, and connection for children ages 5–10 and the adults who care for them — parents, grandparents, and caregivers.
In this creative session, children and their adult partners build a personalized Superhero Power Pack filled with empowering words, colorful tools, and fun reminders they can use during everyday moments — from big feelings to brave steps. Through art, imagination, and choice, children explore strengths like calm, bravery, kindness, and self-belief, while adults gain simple, supportive language they can naturally use at home.
The focus is on joy, creativity, and shared connection rather than correction or performance. There’s no right way to participate and no expectation to “fix” anything. Laughter, conversation, and discovery are encouraged throughout.
Participants leave with a meaningful shared experience, a tangible confidence-building toolkit, and tools they can return to together long after the session ends.
