Held in Harmony: A Field of Rest is a New Moon gathering devoted to intentional practice, deep restoration, subtle alignment, and nervous system care. Led by Suzanne Steiner, this 90-minute experience weaves restorative Yoga with harmonic sound frequencies, where the body can soften, settle, and recalibrate naturally.
The session begins with Leigh, owner of Emerald Heart and Guardian of the Harmonic Egg, setting space and guiding a short meditation, anchoring intention and inviting presence for the body and nervous system to relax into the supportive field.
Fully supported postures invite stillness and ease, while sound gently resonates through the physical and energetic body. The Harmonic Egg will provide its unique, specially created music, designed specifically to support chakra balancing and alignment.
Restorative postures will emphasize chest, heart space, and gentle upper-body opening, while harmonic frequencies gently resonate with the energy of the heart.
This offering invites participants to arrive in their bodies, feel held, and embody the natural flow of love and presence. A gentle field of support encourages rest, ease, and a quiet reconnection to the heart.
Following the restorative practice and harmonic immersion, participants are invited to remain for tea and quiet integration, allowing time to linger and gently reorient before returning to the day.
No prior experience with Yoga or sound work is required.
