2. Services and Booking Policy

Emerald Heart Sanctuary provides wellness experiences including but not limited to Harmonic Egg sessions, energy healing, events, and digital resources.

  • Session Appointments: Appointments must be booked in advance via our scheduling system or by contacting us directly.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.

  • Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within the time frame stated on the certificate.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services at our discretion.

3. E-Commerce and Digital Purchases

Our Site may offer physical or digital products such as energy tools, recordings, or meditations.

  • Payment: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square).

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

4. Refunds and Returns

We want you to have a positive experience. However, because our offerings include wellness sessions and digital downloads:

  • In-person sessions: Refunds are not available for completed sessions.

  • No-shows: Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.

  • Digital products: All digital purchases are final.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at leigh@emeraldheartsanctuary.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Emerald Heart Sanctuary provides holistic and energy-based services intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance.

Our Services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine or treatment plan.

By participating in any session, class, or using any product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
